Ingredients
- 500 g wheat flour
- 300 ml of milk
- 60 grams of sugar
- 50 ml of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of yeast
- 1 egg for brushing
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for baking. In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, sugar, yeast, and oil, making sure to dissolve the yeast well.

- Gradually add the sifted flour and salt to the liquid mixture, stirring with a sturdy spoon until all ingredients are well combined. Using a greased spoon, scoop and place medium portions of the dough into a greased baking pan, leaving space between each portion to allow for expansion.

- Let the dough rest in the pan for 35 minutes to allow the yeast to activate and the dough to rise. Brush the surface of each portion with beaten egg to achieve a golden finish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the bread is golden and cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
